成都市温江区金马街道付家大院由于环境脏乱差，2016年被列为薄弱村。为摘掉“薄弱村”的帽子，在80后社区党总支书记付江的带领下，该村积极开展农村院落人居环境整治，用三年的时间完成了从“薄弱村”的到“三美”示范村的华丽转身，付江也被评为 “五个之城”建设典型个人。
