三言财经 7月29日消息，据彭博消息，软银旗下芯片设计公司ARM在一份声明中称，集团仍致力于中国合资企业的发展，但其中国业务负责人仍拒绝离职。此前据知情人士透露，ARM拟罢免其中国合资企业安谋中国CEO吴雄昂职务，因发现该高管成立竞争性基金“Alphatecture”。
