近日，即墨德馨小学南路新建工程规划方案公示，项目位于店子山三路以东、德馨小学东路以西。
项目长度约为482米，红线宽度24米。横断面布置为: 1.5米绿化带+3米人行道+1.5米设施带+12米车行道+1.5米设施带+ 3米人行道+ 1.5米绿化带。
