一图搞定倾倒综合征诊疗！
倾倒综合征常发生于任何类型的胃部手术之后，以Billroth Ⅱ式胃大部切除术后更为多见。倾倒综合征于1907年由Denchan首次报道，是临床上常见但时常未得到诊断的胃食管手术并发症，迄今为止，暂无任何关于倾倒综合征的诊断和治疗的既定指南。
为了规范临床诊治，近期，世界胃肠病学组织与国际多学科专家联合启动了Delphi共识流程，由18位专家对现有文献进行总结，并对62条陈述进行投票。最终，专家们对32条陈述达成共识（定义为支持率>80％）。
