5月15日，晋城市城区公安分局经侦大队将涉嫌信用卡诈骗的犯罪嫌疑人陈某（男，33岁，城区人）抓获。
经查，该利用为受害人赵某保管手机的便利，将其一张银行信用卡挂失并补办，将卡内15万元信用额度全部透支。
