5月29日，山东临清刘氏家族因祖坟被刨向开发商索赔410万元引关注。据悉，事件源于2017年。事发3年来，双方未就此事达成一致意见。临清法院一审认定，开发商支付迁坟费用1.5万元，刘氏家族赔偿开发商因未迁坟造成的各类损失3万元，双方不服均提出上诉。另外，刘氏家族78名成员反诉开发商，索赔410万。
