项目涉及京承高速公路（不含）以西、北六环路（不含）以南、京新高速公路（不含）以东区域道路相接围成的昌平区行政管界范围（G6主辅路除外），及昌平城区政府街-府学路（西关环岛至龙水路）、鼓楼南街、鼓楼北街。
