鞭牛士 5月16日消息，昨日，联想在港交所公告称，委任电视节目主持人、传媒企业家杨澜为公司独立非执行董事，年薪33万美元，包括董事袍金10万美元及价值23万美元的股权权益，折合人民币约为235万元。
