IT之家5月14日消息 今晚，英伟达发布了Tesla A100 计算卡，搭载了GA100 GPU，7nm工艺，采用了全新的安培架构。
根据外媒VideoCardz的介绍，Tesla A100计算卡采用了7nm工艺的GA100 GPU，这款GPU拥有6912 CUDA核心和432张量核心。GPU封装尺寸为826mm2，集成了540亿个晶体管。
IT之家了解到，该卡支持第三代NVLINK，与服务器的双向带宽为4.8 TB/s, GPU到GPU的互连带宽为600 GB/s。Tesla A100拥有40GB的HBM2内存，显存位宽为5120-bit，TDP为400W。
