4月3日，住房和城乡建设部发布标准公告，批准《办公建筑设计标准》为行业标准，编号为JGJ/T67-2019，自2020年3月1日起实施。原行业标准《办公建筑设计规范》（JGJ67-2006）同时废止。
本次修订增加了办公建筑绿色设计方面的要求；
对办公建筑的机动车及非机动车配件泊位的要求做了规定；
在公共用房和服务用房中增加了部分场所的要求
