三言财经 3月4日消息，据澎湃消息，从嘀嗒出行出获悉，嘀嗒出行在杭州与运管部门正式接入健康码，持有绿码的出租车司机和乘客均可在平台直接无障碍接单和下单，而持有黄码和红码者将待码转绿后方可使用嘀嗒出租车服务。
