11月7日，以“共创芯生“为主题，vivo联合三星在北京举行双模5G AI芯片媒体沟通会。
双方展示了双模5G AI芯片联合研发成果——Exynos 980。
截止目前，vivo累计申请2000多项5G发明专利，向3GPP提交5G提案3000多篇，已成为3GPP影响力最大的终端品牌之一，并获得了国内首批5G手机3C认证，成为推动中国5G普及的中坚力量。
vivo还在此次沟通会上正式公布，在12月，搭载双模5G AI芯片Exynos 980的新一代旗舰终端——vivo X30系列手机就将与消费者见面。
