公主岭市纪委监委近日通报公主岭市刘房子街道中心小学副校长张大方乱收费问题。2016年至2018年期间，张大方利用职务便利，擅自决定向学生收取月考费和书法教材费。2019年9月，张大方受到党内严重警告处分。
