9月16日，全市110报警服务台共接有效警情987起，属刑事类报警18起（盗窃摩托车9起，诈骗4起，入室盗窃2起，其他3起），其中梅江8起，大埔4起，兴宁、五华各2起，梅县、蕉岭各1起；治安类报警21起；交通类报警211起；其他警情737起。
