牛百叶是牛的胃。牛有四个胃，牛百叶则是牛的瓣胃，又叫重瓣胃、毛肚，涮火锅常用。不过，牛胃表面有一层黑色的膜，看上去不好看，还非常容易掉色。为了更方便食用，牛胃的加工都需要经过处理，甚至使用一些“药水”处理一下，那么这样是否安全呢？
