7月12日消息，华为今天发布了《2018可持续发展报告》，报告中称，截至2018年12月31日，华为全球员工总数18.8万人，来自全球近160个国家和地区，仅在中国，就有来自41个民族的员工。
报告表示，近几年来，华为女性员工的比例基本保持稳定。2018年，女性管理者的比例达到7.05%。此外，2018年，华为在海外聘用的员工总数超过2.8万人，海外员工本地化率约70%。
