刚刚，@北京消防 通报：2019年5月3日18时16分，市119指挥中心接到报警朝阳区延静里中街4号楼房顶起火，立即调派消防指战员赶赴现场，经核实，现场为居民楼顶防水作业施工时起火，目前火势已得到控制，暂无人员伤亡。
