外地进京车辆必须办理进京证，否则截停后会有人工现场处罚，耽误时间影响心情。
进京证有两种方法办理：
1.进京检查站人工办理
2.提前一天通过app网上办理
3.注意避开车辆限行时间，包括市区二环等限行路段。
个人意见：车辆在四环五环附近找个地方停好，如果有预订酒店住宿一般都可免费停车，轻装上阵搭乘地铁直接可到达天安门广场。
