在本周推出全新的 iPad 和 iMac 型号之后，苹果可能会在本周结束之前更新另一款传统产品。
之前有传闻称，苹果将在本周一、周二和周三发布新的 iPad，iMac 和 iPod。随着新 iPad 和 iMac 的发布，苹果很有可能在今天发布第七代 iPod touch。
第 6 代 iPod 于 2015 年 7 月发布，搭载 4 英寸显示屏，A8 芯片。目前该型号仍然在 Apple Store 上销售，有 32 GB 和 128 GB 可供选择，并且与iOS 12兼容。
为了确保 iPod touch 能够保持足够的性能以及接受 iOS 更新，很可能升级到 A10 或 A11 芯片。鉴于新的 iPad mini 和 iPad Air 都是传统的 Home 键，新一代的 iPod 搭载 Face ID 是不太可能的。
