3月1日下午，三明市召开全市领导干部大会，省委常委、省纪委书记、省监委主任刘学新到会讲话，省委组织部副部长林承通宣读省委决定：林兴禄同志任中共三明市委委员、常委、书记，杜源生同志不再担任中共三明市委书记、常委、委员职务。
