步骤：准备好面粉，2个鸡蛋，平常用的配料。
把面粉揉好，用擀面棍弄成薄面皮，再在上面撒上葱花。
将面皮切成竖状，揉成面团。
再用擀面馆把面团铺开，弄成薄饼。等到锅中的油沸腾后就可以下过锅了，但是火候要注意控制好，等到变色后就可以出锅享用了。
