细盐32g
醃料:
辣豆腐乳80g
美乃滋100g
红萝卜(A)100g
蒜头20g
细砂糖2T
红萝卜(B)50g
1、大白菜洗净.切小段.细盐醃3小时
2、适量开水清洗一下.重力压敢
3、將醃料(除了红萝卜B外)全部放入果汁机打匀. 再將红萝卜B加入.快速打3秒.制造颗粒口感
4、將杀青的大白菜+醃料=放锅中摇晃均匀.完成咯
