本年度供热准备工作已经开始，请用户于9月25日至10月25日（工作日期间）携带房产证（购房合同）、身份证复印件（代办人身份证复印件）到市热力总公司服务大厅办理停、用热手续。上一年度用热户逾期不办视为用热，停热户如不申请恢复用热视为仍停热。
