And Abraham sat at the gate of the tabernacle in the heat of the day, and the Lord appeared to him in the tree of mamre.
2 亚伯拉罕举目观看+，见有三个人在远处站着。他一看见，就从帐幕门口跑去迎接他们，伏地下拜+，
And Abraham lifted up his eyes, and looked up; and behold, three men stood in the distance. And as soon as he saw it, he ran from the gate of the tabernacle to meet them, and he bowed down,
3 说:“耶和华啊，我要是蒙你赏脸，求你不要只在仆人面前经过+。
And he said, "o Lord, if I were to give you a reward, please do not only go through the presence of your servant.
4 请容我拿点水来，你们好洗洗脚+，在树下躺一会儿+。
Please let me have some water, and you can wash your feet and lie under the tree for a while.
5 让我拿点饼来，你们吃了，心里舒畅+，然后再上路吧。你们既然路过仆人这里，就理当这样。”他们说:“好，就照你所说的做吧。”
Let me take some bread, and you eat it, and your heart is refreshed, and go on your way. When you pass by your servant, so be it." They said, "well, do as you say."
6 亚伯拉罕急忙走进帐幕，对撒拉说:“快拿二十升上等面粉来，揉成面团做些圆饼+。”
Then Abraham hurried into the tent and said to Sarah, "take twenty liters of fine flour and knead it and make some round cakes of dough."
7 亚伯拉罕又跑进牛群里，牵了一头又嫩又好的公牛犊，交给侍役，急忙烹调起来+。
And Abraham ran into the herd, and led a young bull with tender and fine, and gave it to the service, and he made haste to cook it.
8 最后亚伯拉罕把奶油、奶和烹调好的牛犊肉拿来，摆在他们面前+。他们吃的时候，亚伯拉罕一直在树下，站在一旁侍候+。
Finally Abraham brought the buttermilk, the milk and the cooked calf, and put them in front of them. While they were eating, Abraham was standing by the tree and waiting for him.
9 他们对亚伯拉罕说:“你妻子撒拉+在哪里？”亚伯拉罕说:“在帐幕里+。”
And they said to Abraham, "where is your wife Sarah?" "In the tabernacle," said Abraham, "+."
10 他们其中一个人又说:“明年这个时候，我必回到你这里来，你妻子撒拉要生一个儿子+。”撒拉在那个人后面，在帐幕门口听见这句话。
And one of them said, "this time next year, I will come back to you, and your wife Sarah will have a son." And Sarah was behind the man, and heard these words at the door of the tabernacle.
11 当时亚伯拉罕和撒拉都老了，年事已高+，撒拉的月经也停止了+。
Now Abraham and Sarah were old, and the years were high, and Sarah's menstruation ceased.
12 撒拉心里笑了起来+，说:“我衰老了，我主也老了，我真的能有这样的乐事吗？+” 13 耶和华对亚伯拉罕说:“撒拉为什么笑？为什么说‘我老了，我真的能生育吗+’？
Sarah laughed and said, "I am old, and my Lord is old. Can I really have such a pleasure? Then the Lord said to Abraham, "why is Sarah laughing? Why say, 'I'm old, can I really give birth?'?
14 难道耶和华有什么奇事做不来吗？+ 到指定的时候，就是明年这个时候，我要回到你这里来，撒拉要生一个儿子。”
Is there any wonders in the Lord that cannot be done? When the time comes, I will come back to you this time next year, and Sarah will have a son.
15 撒拉就害怕，否认说:“我没有笑。”他说:“不，你确实笑了+。”
Sarah was afraid and denied saying, "I did not laugh." He said, "no, you did."

+。17 耶和华说:“我要做的事，难道要瞒着亚伯拉罕吗？+
And the three men set out from there, and looked down on sodom. Abraham walked with them and gave them a ride. And the Lord said, "shall I hide from Abraham what I am going to do? +
18 亚伯拉罕必成为大国大族，地上的万国都必因他而赢得福分+。
And Abraham shall be a great nation, and all the nations of the earth shall be blessed with him.
19 我熟悉他，他必吩咐子孙和家人，遵行耶和华的道，谨守正义，秉公行事+。这样，耶和华就必实现他应许亚伯拉罕的话+。”
I am familiar with him, and he will command his children and his family to walk in the way of the Lord, to keep his righteousness and to do justice. So the Lord will fulfill his promise to Abraham."
20 耶和华说:“指控所多玛、蛾摩拉的喊声+实在很大，他们的罪实在深重+。
And the Lord said, "it is true that the cry of sodom and gomorrah is very great, and their SINS are very strong.
21 我决定要下去看看他们所做的，是不是跟我所听到的控诉一样;如果不是，我也可以知道+。”
I decided to go down and see what they did, just as I had heard; If not, I can also know +.
22 当下他们离开那里往所多玛去，耶和华+仍旧站在亚伯拉罕面前+。
And they departed thence, and went to sodom: and the Lord was still standing before Abraham.
23 亚伯拉罕上前说:“你果真要把义人跟恶人一并除灭吗？+
Abraham came forward and said, "do you really want to destroy the righteous and the wicked? +
24 假如城里有五十个义人，你还除灭他们，不为了城里的五十个义人，赦免那个地方吗？+
If there are fifty righteous in the city, will you also destroy them, not for the fifty righteous in the city? +
25 把义人跟恶人一并处死，让义人和恶人一同遭殃，这绝不是你处事的作风！+你绝不会这样做+。审判全地的主难道会行事不正吗？+”
Let the righteous and the wicked be put to death; let the righteous and the wicked suffer, and this is not your manner! + you never do that. Will the Lord of all the land be misbehaved? +"
26 耶和华说:“我如果在所多玛城里找到五十个义人，就要因为他们而赦免全境+。”27 亚伯拉罕又说:“我是灰尘+，请恕我大胆对耶和华直言:
And the Lord said, "if I find fifty righteous men in the city of sodom, I will pardon the whole land because of them." Then Abraham said, "I am the dust.
28 假如五十个义人少了五个，你会因为少了五个义人就毁灭全城吗？”他说:“我如果在那里找到四十五个义人，也不毁灭那座城+。”
If the fifty righteous are five less, will you destroy the city without the five righteous ones?" He said, "if I find forty-five righteous men there, I will not destroy the city."
29 亚伯拉罕还是对他说:“假如在那里找到四十个义人呢？”他说:“因为这四十个义人，我也会作罢。”
And Abraham said to him, "if you find forty righteous men there?" He said, "because of these forty righteous men, I will do it."
30 亚伯拉罕又说:“求耶和华不要发怒+，容我再说+:假如在那里找到三十个义人呢？”他说:“如果在那里找到三十个义人，我也会作罢。”
And Abraham said, "do not be angry with the Lord, but let me say," what if you find thirty righteous men there?" He said, "if I find thirty righteous men there, I will do it."
31 亚伯拉罕又说:“请恕我大胆对耶和华直言+:假如在那里找到二十个义人呢？”他说:“因为这二十个义人，我也不毁灭那座城+。”
And Abraham said, "may I speak boldly to the Lord: if I find twenty righteous men there?" He said, "I will not destroy the city because of the twenty righteous men."
32 最后亚伯拉罕说:“求耶和华不要发怒+，容我再多说一句+:假如在那里找到十个义人呢？”他说:“因为这十个义人，我也不毁灭那座城+。”
Finally Abraham said, "do not be angry with the Lord, but let me say more, what if you find ten righteous people there?" He said, "because of these ten righteous men, I will not destroy the city."
33 耶和华+跟亚伯拉罕说完就走了，亚伯拉罕也回到自己的地方去。
And the Lord went away with Abraham, and Abraham returned to his place.
