云梦泽的消失让很多人感到遗憾，其实我到是觉得云梦泽的消失利要大于弊。如果下图显示的云梦泽范围是正确的话，那湖南湖北大部分平原地区都被淹没在云梦泽下面。这就意味着在我国中部的两湖地区基本上没有可耕作的土地，也不会出现像武汉、长沙这样的大城市。
