挪威将于2025年前提高对华海产出口额至100亿人民币

“2025计划”在挪威代表团访华后一天公布。本次商务访问有140位挪威代表随行——这也是目前阵容最大的、出访外国的挪威海产代表团，共计300位中方嘉宾出席了这场在北京举办的峰会。

挪威渔业部长桑贝格先生表示：“挪威海产业始终致力于与本土政府及商业伙伴一起提升挪威对中国的海产出口量。许多挪威海产公司都期望为中国消费者带来更多健康、可持续的海产品。”

公布的“2025计划”相关细则如下:

· 计划于2025年之前提升挪威对华海产出口额至100亿人民币

· 计划于2025年之前提升挪威三文鱼消费至156,000吨

· 计划于2025年之前提升挪威北极鳕鱼消费至40,000吨

· 提高包括大比目鱼、鲭鱼、海参斑、雪蟹、帝王蟹等在内的其他海产品品种的消费

· 确保海参、蓝贻贝、海参斑、北极甜虾等品种能在中国拥有稳定的消费市场

挪威海产局中国大陆和香港区总监毕思明 (Sigmund Bjørgo) 先生表示：“挪威以优质的三文鱼享誉海内外，并出产全球55%的养殖三文鱼。“2025计划”的目标之一就是进一步巩固挪威在中国三文鱼市场的地位；此外，我们也希望提升其他顶尖海产品的消费，如近几年出现在市场上的挪威北极鳕鱼，以及包括大比目鱼、帝王蟹和北极甜虾在内的小规模海产品——这些产品现在主要采购自其他出口国家和地区。“

固定的三文鱼需求

根据挪威海产局的研究显示，挪威三文鱼市场偏好明显。目前，从挪威出口至中国的海产品种中，三文鱼被认为是最有价值的：

· 挪威是最受欢迎的三文鱼原产国

· 在日料餐馆，10位厨师中有9位更青睐挪威三文鱼

“‘2025计划’象征着我们对挪威海产品在中国市场上的愿景。为达成这一目标，中挪双方必须携手努力。不过，有鉴于中国良好的市场行情和挪威海产品强大的基础建设，我们也对此充满信心。” 挪威海产局中国大陆和香港区总监毕思明先生表示。

“我们希望进一步扩大在中国的业务。”他补充道。

· The plan was launched officially by the Norwegian Seafood Council in an event in Beijing on the occasion of the visit of the Norwegian Minister of Fisheries

· Targets are based on established consumer preference for Norwegian seafood, coupled with projected growth from second- and third-tier cities in China

24 May 2017 / BEIJING – On the occasion of the visit of the Norwegian Minister of Fisheries, Mr. Per Sandberg, to China, the Norwegian Seafood Council's Director of Mainland China and Hong Kong, Mr. Sigmund Bjørgo, launch ‘Target 2025", an ambitious plan to dramatically increase seafood imports into China. The launch event was supported by the President of China Aquatic Products Processing and Marketing Alliance (CAPPMA), Cui He, and targets an increase in seafood exports to a total of RMB 10 billion by the year 2025.

Target 2025 was unveiled one day after a trade visit featuring 140 Norwegian delegates meeting with 300 Chinese attendees in Beijing, representing the largest Norwegian seafood delegation to a foreign country ever.

The plan sees increased exports from Norway targeting increased spending on seafood from lower tier cities in China, and will be executed with support from strong local partners who understand Chinese consumers’ preference for Norwegian seafood.

“Norway’s seafood industry is strongly committed to working with local government and business partners to ensure increased export of seafood from Norway to China. Norwegian seafood companies are eager to supply Chinese consumers with more healthy and sustainable seafood,” said Per Sandberg, Norway’s Minister of Fisheries.

Details of Target 2025 unveiled today:

· Target for seafood imports from Norway to reach RMB 10bn by 2025

· Target for Norwegian salmon consumption to reach 156,000 tons by 2025

· Target for Norwegian Arctic Cod consumption to reach 40,000 tons by 2025

· Growth in other species including halibut, mackerel, lumpfish, snow crab, king crab

· Establish a firm foothold for species such as sea cucumber, blue mussels, mackerel, and coldwater shrimp

“Norway is famous for our excellent quality salmon, and we produce around 55% of all farmed salmon globally. As part of Target 2025, we aim to solidify Norway's position in the salmon market in China, but also we want to grow the markets for our other top quality seafood products, such as Norwegian Arctic Cod, which is a relatively new product in the market, as well as smaller volume seafood species, like halibut, king crab, and coldwater shrimp. These products are currently primarily sourced from other exporter countries”, commented the Norwegian Seafood Council's Director of Mainland China and Hong Kong, Sigmund Bjørgo.

ESTABLISHED DEMAND

According to studies commissioned by the Norwegian Seafood Council, there is already a strong preference for Norwegian salmon in China, and salmon is by far the highest valued seafood specie to be exported from Norway to China today:

· Norway is the number 1 most popular country of origin for salmon

· 9 out of 10 chefs at Japanese restaurants prefer Norwegian salmon

“Target 2025 represents our vision for the Norwegian seafood market in China. Achieving these goals will take hard work from both the Chinese and Norwegian side, but we are confident we can achieve them given market conditions in China and our strong seafood infrastructure in Norway,” commented Bjørgo.

“We look forward to expanding our presence in China,” he continued.
