研究方向:天基集成信息系统智能组网、大规模网络集成系统地面验证、复杂信息系统体系结构。
科研成果:先后主持中国科学院863、973、自然科学基金等项目40余项,取得多项研究成果,获得863项先进个人、先进项目团队、国家科技进步二等奖等。在重要学术期刊和会议上发表论文70余篇,获得专利10余项,出版空间与地球网络融合专著1部。开发了一套具有自主知识产权的“卫星网络协议栈”、“卫星网络测试平台”和“卫星互联网架构分析平台”,已应用于“星云”项目、“虹云”项目、国家“空间地球一体化网络”和国家“卫星网络”项目。
刘立祥研究员,1973年6月生,安徽安庆人;2002年毕业于上海交通大学电子工程学院,获博士学位;2003年进入中国科学院计算机科学与技术研究所博士后流动站;2005年进入中国科学院计算机科学与技术研究所工作。高分辨率对地观测系统专家组成员、科技部天地一体化网络专家组成员、中科院公共安全示范专家组成员。
Liu Lixiang, born in June 1973 in Anqing, Anhui Province. He is a professor and doctoral supervisor of the Institute of software of the Chinese Academy of Sciences(ISCAS). He graduated from the school of electronic engineering of Shanghai Jiaotong University in 2002 with a doctor's degree. In 2003, he entered the post-doctoral research station of computer science and technology of ISCAS, and from 2005 he worked in ISCAS. He is the member of the expert group of High-resolution Earth Observation System, the space-earth integration network of the Ministry of science and technology, and the public safety demonstration of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
His research Interests: intelligent networking of space-based integrated information systems, ground verification of large-scale network integrated system and complex information system architecture.
He has successively took charge of more than 40 projects of 863, 973, Chinese Academy of Sciences and natural science fund, achieved a number of research results. Won 863 advanced individuals, advanced project team, second prize of national science and Technology Progress Award etc. He has published more than 70 papers and more than 10 patents in important academic journals and conferences,and published a monograph on the integration of space and earth network. He has developed a set of "satellite networking protocol stack", "satellite network test bed" and "Satellite Internet architecture analysis platform" with independent intellectual property rights, which have been applied in the "Xingyun" project, "Hongyun" project, the national "Space-Earth integrated network" and the national "satellite network" project.
