10月28日，上海市土地市场网公布2026年第十一批次拟出让商品住宅用地清单，包含两幅纯宅地，分别位于浦东杨思和宝山南大板块，总用地面积4.96公顷，总建筑面积约8.91万平方米。
据了解，这是自9月28日上海现房销售细则发布以来，上海进行首次土拍预公告。后续上海将于2026年10月下旬发布本次住宅用地出让公告，2026年11月下旬开始组织交易活动。
