10月26日，金发科技（600143.SH）公告称，公司拟以自有资金及自筹资金通过集中竞价交易方式回购股份，回购金额不低于3亿元且不超过5亿元，回购价格不超过19.57元/股，回购股份将全部用于注销并减少注册资本。公司已取得工商银行广州分行贷款承诺函，获不超4.5亿元且不超过回购金额的90%的股票回购专项贷款支持。
