【中央气象台发布大风预警 西藏内蒙古等地阵风8级】财联社10月26日电，中央气象台10月26日6时发布大风蓝色预警，预计，10月26日8时至27日8时，西藏西部、青海南部、内蒙古、河北北部、黑龙江东部、吉林东北部将有5~7级风、阵风8级。渤海和黄海北部的部分海域、东海东北部海域、台湾海峡部分海域将有7～8级大风、阵风9～10级。
