10月21日，盘龙药业（002864）发布公告，公司及其控股子公司本年度自查补缴税款金额累计达到1415万元，滞纳金为255万元，合计补缴税款及滞纳金为1670万元，占公司最近一个会计年度经审计净利润的17.34%。
截至公告披露日，上述税款及滞纳金已全部缴纳完毕，且本次补缴事项不涉及行政处罚。
上述款项均计入公司及其控股子公司2026年当期损益，对2026年度归母净利润的具体影响将以2026年度经审计的财务报表为准。
2026年中期，盘龙药业实现收入4.23亿元，归母净利润4238万元。
