每经上海10月21日电（记者 孙桐桐）10月21日，在2026世界智能网联汽车大会上，小鹏集团董事长、CEO何小鹏表示，从技术层面来看，L4级自动驾驶技术将于2028年下半年落地。不过，从法规和政策角度来看，预计将于2028年至2032年间落地。
