10月20日，*ST美芝（002856）发布公告，近日公司（原告）与中铁建工集团有限公司（被告）的精装修材料买卖合同纠纷已被作出一审判决，被告需在判决生效之日起10日内向公司支付货款643万元及逾期付款损失。
2026年中期，*ST美芝实现收入1.17亿元，归母净利润-3004万元。
