齐鲁网·闪电新闻10月20日讯近日，一名陈姓中国留学生在莫斯科大学历史系课堂身披日本军国主义旭日旗引发关注。16日，该系中国留学生集体提交请愿书，校方随即启动调查及遣返程序。19日，校方召开座谈会表示将尽快公布开除决定。目前该生已被遣返。（环球时报）
