10月12日，宏润建设（002062）发布公告，公司决定对“研发中心建设项目”进行结项，该项目已达到预定可使用状态。
截至2026年9月30日，该募投项目对应的募集资金专户剩余金额为4199万元。结项后，剩余募集资金将继续存放于对应的募集资金专户，用于支付项目的合同尾款及质保金等款项。
2026年中期，宏润建设实现收入24.75亿元，归母净利润1.12亿元。
