智通财经APP获悉，香港地政总署公布，今年三季度批出9份住宅项目预售楼花同意书，涉及3766个单位。当中，位于启德和柴湾的两个分期项目，共计提供540个单位，预计明年落成；另有4个项目提供3226个单位，预计2028年落成，分别位于长沙湾、油塘、大埔及土瓜湾。截至9月30日，有待核准预售楼花同意书合共34份，涉及15378万个单位。
