【中信证券：拟发行建滔集团认购权证 10月9日港交所上市】 中信证券公告称，公司全资子公司中信证券经纪（香港）有限公司拟发行欧式现金结算认购权证，证券代号18108，发行规模6000万份，每份发行价0.15港元，每买卖单位5000份，挂钩建滔集团有限公司普通股，行使价94.80港元，到期日为2027年6月28日。权证预计2026年10月9日于港交所上市，由中信证券经纪（香港）有限公司提供流通量服务。
