日本方面有消息人士表示，日本政府年内修订“安保三文件”，考虑加入“探讨自卫队引进核动力潜艇”相关内容。消息称，如果在“安保三文件”中写明“探讨拥有核潜艇”，将为政府启动相关调查研究创造条件，而后日本政府将就是否拥有核潜艇作出决定。（央视新闻）
