9月30日，ST豆神（300010）发布公告，公司全资孙公司豆神香港与VB客户签署了《云计算服务协议》，合同总金额为1.19亿美元（折合人民币约为8.01亿元），服务期限为60个月。客户方将在签署后预付订单总金额的40%，即4754万美元，后续按月计费。
2026年中期，ST豆神实现收入5.25亿元，归母净利润-2439万元。
