每经AI快讯，峰岹科技(688279)9月30日公告，公司拟通过全资子公司峰岹微电子以现金方式向Sciosense Holding B.V.购买其持有的Sciosense 100%股份，交易总对价为1.18亿美元（约人民币8.04亿元），其中股份对价为9578.33万美元（约人民币6.52亿元），债权对价为2221.68万美元（约人民币1.51亿元），资金来源为自有资金，并由峰岹科技向峰岹微电子增资以实施。交易完成后，Sciosense及其下属企业将成为公司间接全资子公司并纳入公司合并报表范围。
