9月30日，吉华集团（603980.SH）公告，公司控股股东锦辉机电及股东邵辉此前与桐庐钧衡签署协议，约定合计转让2.02亿股股份(占公司总股本的29.89%)。2026年9月29日，本次股份已完成过户登记，桐庐钧衡变更为公司控股股东。
