9月30日，科信技术（300565）发布公告，公司的全资子公司拟将位于惠州市惠阳区的产业园厂房一出租给惠州市湘鑫物业管理有限公司，租金总额约为9049万元，出租期限为10年（含免租期）。
2026年中期，科信技术实现收入3.29亿元，归母净利润-2465万元。
