格隆汇9月30日｜挪威媒体援引数字化与公共行政部长托尔吉尔·米卡埃尔森采访表述称，挪威政府正在草拟一份白皮书，将提高新建数据中心的准入要求。NRK报道，新规可能提高数据中心在挪威本土创造经济价值的要求，或是强制要求利用数据中心产生的余热。米卡埃尔森表示，收紧相关要求并不会阻碍数据中心行业发展。
