智通财经APP讯，美格智能(03268)公布，就公司拟与兆格创业投资(深圳)合伙企业(有限合伙)、苏州星沅光电科技有限公司共同出资，设立美格光芯(上海)技术有限公司，近日，该合资公司在工商部门完成了工商注册登记手续，并取得了上海市闵行区市场监督管理局颁发的《营业执照》。
