9月30日上午，重庆市气象台发布东北部和中部部分地区暴雨蓝色预警。
市气象台预计，9月30日10时-16时，云阳、奉节、巫溪等3个县将出现50~70毫米降水，长寿、垫江、梁平、丰都、忠县、开州、万州、城口、巫山等9个区县将出现25~50毫米降水。
