欧洲央行管理委员会委员Alexander Demarco表示，如果再次遭遇能源冲击，或基础通胀显著回升，欧洲央行最早可能在10月加息。
Demarco周二表示，不会排除任何可能性。没有新的经济预测，并不意味着不能采取行动。
他还表示，如果基础通胀出现非常不利的意外上行，将构成在10月采取行动的有力理由再次出现能源价格冲击，也可能成为10月采取行动的理由。
