智通财经APP讯，新华联合投资(08159)发布公告，根据公司细则，独立非执行董事贺文先生将于应届股东周年大会结束后退任。贺文先生已通知董事会，由于彼希望投入更多时间于其他业务发展，故彼不会于股东周年大会上重选连任。
于股东周年大会结束时其退任生效后，贺文先生亦将不再为本公司审核委员会、提名委员会、薪酬委员会及执行委员会各自之成员。
