一、丝瓜平菇牛肉汤

食材准备：牛肉、丝瓜、平菇、葱花。

做法流程：

1.牛肉清洗干净，然后切成薄片放入大碗中，接着加入姜丝、淀粉、食盐和花生油，再抓拌均匀，腌制十分钟备用。

2.丝瓜去皮，然后和平菇一起清洗干净，接着把丝瓜切成小块备用，再热锅烧油，油热以后，放入葱花爆香。

3.接着倒入丝瓜和平菇一起翻炒均匀，炒出香味后，再加入适量的清水大火煮开，然后转中小火炖煮三分钟左右。

4.最后再加入腌制好的牛肉滑熟，然后加入适量的食盐和鸡精调味提鲜，接着撒入一把葱花点缀，即可出锅开吃。

二、青瓜炒肉

食材准备：瘦肉、青瓜、蒜末。

做法流程：

1.瘦肉清洗干净，然后切成薄片放入大碗中，接着加入适量的料酒、淀粉、生抽和花生油，再抓拌均匀，腌制十分钟备用。

2.用食盐搓洗干净黄瓜，然后切成薄片备用，接着热锅烧油，油热以后，倒入腌制好的瘦肉煸炒，煸炒至瘦肉变色后，盛出备用。

3.切好蒜末，然后另热锅烧油，油热以后，放入黄瓜片大火翻炒，再加入适量的食盐调味，继续翻炒至黄瓜断生。

4.最后倒入炒好的瘦肉一起翻炒均匀入味，即可出锅开吃。

三、番茄西兰花炒鸡蛋

食材准备：番茄、西兰花、木耳、鸡蛋、蒜末。

做法流程：

1.木耳提前泡软，然后和切成小朵的西兰花一起清洗干净，接着起锅烧水，水烧开之后，放入西兰花和木耳焯熟，再捞出沥干水分备用。

2.番茄去皮清洗干净，然后切成小块备用，再把三个土鸡蛋打入碗中搅拌均匀，接着热锅烧油，油热以后，倒入鸡蛋液滑熟，最后盛出备用。

3.另热锅烧油，油热以后，放入番茄大火翻炒，再加入适量的食盐和白糖调味，再继续翻炒出番茄汁。

4.最后再加入鸡蛋、西兰花和木耳一起翻炒，接着淋入少许的生抽提鲜，继续翻炒均匀入味后，即可出锅开吃。

四、包菜炒鸡腿肉

食材准备：鸡腿、包菜、蒜末、黑胡椒碎。

做法流程：

1.鸡腿去骨清洗干净，然后把鸡腿肉切成小块，倒入大碗中，接着加入适量的料酒、淀粉、黑胡椒碎、生抽和花生油，再抓拌均匀，腌制二十分钟备用。

2.包菜撕小块清洗干净，然后热锅烧油，油热以后，放入腌制好的鸡腿肉煸炒油煎，煸炒至鸡腿肉两面金黄后，再加入蒜末一起翻炒均匀。

3.炒出香味以后，再倒入包菜一起翻炒，然后加入适量的食盐调味，接着淋入适量的清水一起翻炒均匀。

4.炒至包菜断生入味以后，即可出锅开吃。

五、豆芽炒肉丝

食材准备：绿豆芽、瘦肉、蒜末、葱花。

做法流程：

1.清洗干净的瘦肉切成肉丝，然后放入大碗中，接着加入适量的淀粉、料酒、生抽和花生油，再抓拌均匀，腌制十分钟备用。

2.清洗干净绿豆芽，然后热锅烧油，油热以后，放入腌制好的瘦肉丝煸炒油煎，煸炒至瘦肉变色后，盛出备用。

3.准备好蒜末和葱花，再热锅烧油，油热以后，放入蒜末爆香，然后倒入豆芽一起翻炒均匀，再加入适量的食盐调味，继续翻炒至豆芽变软。

4.接着加入炒好肉丝一起翻炒均匀入味，即可出锅开吃。

六、花甲丝瓜汤

食材准备：丝瓜、花甲、姜丝、葱花。

做法流程：

1.花甲提前吐沙清洗干净，然后冷水下锅焯水，接着加入料酒和姜葱去腥，焯煮至花甲开口后，再捞出清洗干净备用。

2.丝瓜去皮清洗干净，然后切成小块备用，接着热锅烧油，油热以后，放入姜葱爆香，再倒入丝瓜一起翻炒均匀，炒出香味。

3.然后加入适量的清水大火煮开，接着加入焯好的花甲螺一起炖煮三分钟左右。

4.最后加入适量的食盐和鸡精调味提鲜，接着撒入一把葱花点缀提鲜，即可出锅开吃。

七、番茄牛肉炒鸡蛋

食材准备：番茄、牛肉、鸡蛋、葱花、黑胡椒粉。

做法流程：

1.牛肉清洗干净，然后切成薄片放入大碗中，接着加入黑胡椒粉、淀粉、生抽和花生油，再抓拌均匀，腌制十分钟备用。

2.取碗打入三个土鸡蛋，然后用筷子搅拌均匀，接着热锅烧油，油热以后，倒入调好的鸡蛋液油煎，煎至鸡蛋液成型后，盛出备用。

3.清洗干净的番茄，然后切成小块备用，再热锅烧油，油热以后，放入腌制好的牛肉煸炒，煸炒至牛肉变色后，盛出备用。

4.另热锅烧油，油热以后，放入番茄大火翻炒，接着加入适量的食盐和白糖调味提鲜，再继续翻炒出番茄汁，然后加入鸡蛋和牛肉一起翻炒均匀入味，即可出锅开吃。

八、山药炒肉

食材准备：山药、瘦肉、蒜末、葱段。

做法流程：

1.瘦肉清洗干净，然后切成薄片放入大碗中，接着加入适量的淀粉、料酒、生抽和花生油，再抓拌均匀，腌制十分钟备用。

2.山药去皮清洗干净，然后切成薄片备用，接着热锅烧油，油热以后，放入腌制好的瘦肉煸炒，煸炒至瘦肉变色后，盛出备用。

3.准备好蒜末和葱段，再热锅烧油，油热以后，放入蒜末爆香，接着倒入山药一起翻炒均匀，然后加入适量的食盐和清水调味提鲜，最后继续翻炒至山药断生。

4.接着加入炒好的瘦肉和葱段一起翻炒均匀入味，即可出锅装盘开吃。
