9月29日，Anthropic旗下人工智能服务Claude出现服务异常。根据Anthropic官方状态页面，Claude.ai（包括桌面端和移动端应用）、Claude Code以及Claude Cowork均出现错误率升高情况，公司正在调查原因。
Anthropic表示，受影响用户可能遇到请求失败、对话加载或发送失败，以及被要求重新登录等问题，部分请求在重试后可能恢复正常。
截至目前，Claude Console和Claude API服务仍显示正常运行；Claude.ai、Claude Code和Claude Cowork处于“部分中断”状态。
Anthropic尚未公布此次故障的具体原因及预计恢复时间。
