9月29日，中远海特（600428.SH）公告称，公司第九届董事会第十三次会议审议通过，由全资子公司厦门中远海运特种运输有限公司作为租赁主体，光租租入6艘6万吨级多用途重吊船，出租人为中信金租、工银金租、招银金租、浙银金租，总租期约20年，光租租金约6.1万元/天/艘（含税），6艘船每年支付光租租金约1.34亿元。本次交易未构成关联交易及重大资产重组，无需提交股东会审议。
